room offers high quality products at the very best value possible and we want you to be completely satisfied. If a product fails to meet your expectations, our team will work to come to a reasonable and expedient solution.
Full refund will be given on original form of payment within 7 days of purchase accompanied by the store receipt with the exception of upholstered goods. After 7 days, store credit will be issued for the full amount within 14 days of purchase. No returns or refunds are accepted after 14 days of purchase. Upholstered items purchased in store are not returnable or exchangeable once used in the customer’s home. Sale, floor model, and discounted items are final sales and are not returnable, or exchangeable.
Special Orders: Special order items require half down at time of purchase. The remaining balance is due when the item arrives to room. Special order items are non-returnable, non-refundable. If a manufacturer defect is noted, room will work to repair or replace the special ordered item.
room Home Delivery: We ensure that your purchases will arrive in your home safely and in a timely manner. In home delivery fee is $75.00…for local delivery. Once your merchandise arrives in our warehouse, our team will contact you to arrange delivery. Our Delivery Service includes a team of trained professionals who will unwrap, assemble merchandise if needed, place furniture in desired room(s) and remove all packaging. Full payment is required before merchandise may be scheduled for delivery, shipped, or picked up
Fitting in your Home: The client is responsible for ensuring that furniture will fit not only in the desired room, but also through doorways, elevators, or stairways. Outside shipping drivers will NOT take furniture back to our warehouse that doesn’t fit in your home or office. We at room will work with you to make sure you are purchasing appropriate scaled furniture for your home.
Shipping: For deliveries outside our “local” delivery area, room uses outside shipping companies experienced in furniture delivery. Shipping fees are based on location, amount being shipped, weight of item, etc. We will work to find the best possible shipping method that works for you and your budget. All shipments are paid-in-full before leaving our warehouse. All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to being packaged for shipment. Shipping claims must be settled with the delivering carrier. room will assist you with necessary documentation to support your claim. You, as the co-soignée, must inspect shipments upon receipt and document any damages on shipping paperwork, and preferably capture with digital images. Depending on your receipt location, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery. Upon shipment arrival in your area, the outside shipping company will contact you to schedule final delivery.
